Helv's Vegetable Soup

Serves: At least 2 people, probably. Feeds at least one hungry Yuyuko.

I made this recipe in an attempt to make something healthy...

  1. Chop up and boil the shallots/onion, and the carrots in pot full of water.
  2. Slice up the tomatoes into chunks and put them in with the other vegetables.
  3. If you have them, now is also the time to cut up the celery and put them in. Also put in your brocolli, but make sure to cut it up if it's too big first.
  4. In the last 3-5 minutes of cooking, put in some tuscan kale, or whatever leafy green you choose to put in.
  5. Chop up a clove of garlic and put it in as well now.
  6. If you have any frozen vegetables like peas or those mixes with carrots and corn, put that in near the very end of cooking.
  7. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  8. Add olive oil to taste if desired.
